All items are shipped via UPS. Most candles are poured fresh for your order and will be shipped within 3 - 5 business days. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order has shipped. Please note that natural waxes are very sensitive to heat. Natural wax candles left on hot doorsteps will melt!
Return Policy:
If your item is defective or damaged during shipment, we will happily replace it with a duplicate item. Otherwise, all sales are final. Returns are not accepted. Please contact us within three days if you receive a defective or damaged product.
Order Cancellation:
We do not accept cancellation on orders that have already shipped.
